I'm a content management pro with a passion for learning and creating awesome campaigns.

Right now, I'm working with Stanley Black and Decker on the Drupal CMS, managing web content for their two largest brands, DEWALT® and CRAFTSMAN®, in the North American market.

Experience

  • As a senior web content specialist, my main responsibility was to create and manage content for my company's website. I worked closely with the marketing and design teams to develop strategies that attracted visitors and kept them engaged. I always made sure that the content was informative, engaging, and consistent with our brand and messaging. By analyzing website analytics and user feedback, I continuously strived to improve the effectiveness of our website's content.

    CMS: Sitecore 7 and Sitecore 9

  • As a copywriter, my main responsibility was to create compelling and persuasive content for Brightline. I wrote copy for various mediums, including email, social media, print ads, and website content. I collaborated with the design team to ensure my copy complemented their visual designs and communicated the intended message effectively. I also researched to understand the target audience and developed messaging that resonated with them.

  • At Royal Caribbean, I started as a web producer and worked my way up to account executive, gaining valuable experience in both web production and account management.

    As an account executive, I managed the creation and rebranding of products for Celebrity Cruise's Vacation Packages while providing support to the Senior Manager. I oversaw the development, management, and proofreading of communication materials to ensure consistency in messaging and imagery across all marketing programs. Collaborating closely with the creative and web teams, I contributed to product ideas, concepts, and asset creation to reinforce the brand's position and product initiatives. Additionally, I produced sales tools to assist the Trade team with the creative execution of materials that supported business requirements.

    As a web producer, I managed the production and maintenance of the company's website, collaborating with design and development teams to ensure it was visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date. I updated and managed content for relevancy and engagement, and assisted with the launch of our new website.

  • World Wildlife Fund - Contract

    As a digital content coordinator, I was responsible for coordinating digital content which included website updates, photo research, video production, and story creation. I collaborated with the web team for the Summer Olympics 2016 project and researched, wrote, and updated editorial content for worldwildlife.org. Additionally, I worked closely with the web team on content maintenance, design, production, and technical implementation.
